Why do coaches need to know this?

Arthritis means inflammation or swelling of one or more joints. It describes more than 100 conditions that affect the joints, tissues around the joints, and other connective tissues.While there are both controllable and uncontrollable risk factors associated with this condition, it is important that the coach understand these risk factors and possesses knowledge of how to manage pain and improve quality of life in order to provide guidance to their clients.
